K&N is named after our founders, Karl and Nancy, long-time neighbors and close friends who shared a passion for travel and connecting with new people. Their journeys sparked an interest in real estate, leading them to pursue property investments in Colorado. Over time, they expanded their ventures nationwide, combining their individual strengths to build a successful partnership.
